Wilbur Harden (1924-1969) was an American jazz trumpeter, flugelhornist and composer best known for his 1958 Savoy recordings with John Coltrane and his work with Yusef Lateef. One of the earliest jazz trumpeters to double on flugelhorn, illness forced him to retire at age 35. He was inducted into the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame in 1991.
