Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, New Zealand and 30 European countries including the EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Selected titles are also available in our Discogs store.

Duties and taxes: prepaid for the UK, US and Europe

For orders to the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe, all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us through Australia Post's landed cost service. The price you see at checkout is final. Nothing is collected on delivery.

For orders to Japan and New Zealand, local import taxes or duties may apply on arrival. These are set by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our prices. Most single-record orders fall under local thresholds and clear without charges.

Handling time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Packaging

All vinyl ships in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and stiffeners.

Records are never shipped in padded bags or satchels.

Delivery options (Australia)

  • Standard Parcel Post — Approx. 2–6 business days — $9.95
  • Express Post — Approx. 1–3 business days — $14.95
  • Free Standard Shipping — Available on orders over $100 (Australia only)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary by location, seasonal volume, and unforeseen delays.

Delivery options (International)

All international orders ship via Australia Post with full tracking and insurance. Rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

  • New Zealand: Standard International from $26.40, Express from $43.40
  • Japan: Standard International from $26.85, Express from $43.85
  • United States: Standard International from $29.95, Express from $46.95
  • United Kingdom and Europe: Standard International from $35.55, Express from $52.55

Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days to New Zealand and 1 to 2 weeks elsewhere. Check Australia Post for live estimates.

Express International is available on orders up to about 1.25kg, roughly one to three LPs. Rates increase with order weight and the final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Free Shipping (orders over $100)

Free standard shipping applies only to Australian orders with a cart total of $100 or more (before shipping).

Express Post remains available at its standard rate.

Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.

Address & delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. This matters doubly for UK, US and European orders: because duties and taxes are prepaid, parcels returned as undeliverable cannot have those charges refunded.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Australia Post may leave parcels under "Authority to Leave" (ATL). If you prefer Signature on Delivery, please add a note at checkout.

Damaged in transit / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@lushliferecords.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos.
  • We'll arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
