Floating Points is Sam Shepherd, a Manchester-born producer, DJ and composer who threads club electronics with jazz/classical colour. Co-founder of Eglo Records, he’s released Elaenia, Crush, and the Mercury-shortlisted Promises with Pharoah Sanders & the London Symphony Orchestra, plus 2024’s Cascade. Notable tracks include “Nuits Sonores” and “LesAlpx.”
